Getting started
- Create an account with email, Google or Facebook, then complete your profile.
- Verify your email address and phone number to unlock everything, such as reels, comments and reactions.
- Pick your account type carefully: client, broker, sales or developer.
Your account and settings
- In Settings you can edit your details, photo, language and light/dark theme.
- Choose the notifications you want: in-app, email or WhatsApp.
- Connect or disconnect Google or Facebook from Settings → Profile.
- Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
Finding projects and properties
- Browse projects and developers and filter by area, budget and type.
- Open the discovery map to see projects by location.
- Save properties you like with the save button and find them again under Saved.
Ask Zimzar (AI assistant)
- Tap "Ask Zimzar" and describe what you want in Arabic or English, such as area, budget and bedrooms.
- It can compare projects, calculate installments, show photos and location, and suggest booking a meeting.
- Answers are for information only, so confirm details with the developer before paying.
Meetings and messaging
- From a developer or project page, request a meeting or viewing; you will be notified when it is confirmed, with a join link.
- Message developers and brokers directly from Messages.
Safety and privacy
- Report misleading posts or accounts from the post options menu.
- Never share passwords or bank details in messages or with the assistant.
- To delete your account and data, see the Privacy Policy.
