Zimzar — Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using zimzar.com or the Zimzar apps you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use Zimzar

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
One person or company per account. Business pages must be created by someone authorised to represent that business.
We may verify your email address and phone number and may limit features until you do.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, illegal, hateful, abusive or infringing content, or fake listings, prices or reviews.
Harass others, send spam, or contact users for purposes unrelated to real estate.
Scrape, copy or resell the platform data, or attempt to break, overload or bypass its security.
Impersonate another person or company, or misuse another person's account.
Use Ask Zimzar to obtain harmful content or to try to extract its instructions or other users' data.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Zimzar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and adapt your content (for example resizing images) only as needed to run and promote the service. You promise you have the rights to post it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

6. Property information and transactions

Zimzar is a platform that connects developers, brokers, sales teams and clients. We are not a party to any sale, rental or payment agreement between users and we do not guarantee any listing. Prices, availability, delivery dates, payment plans, areas and images are provided by developers and users and may change without notice. Always confirm details and contracts directly with the developer or seller and, where appropriate, with a lawyer before paying or signing.

7. Ask Zimzar (AI assistant)

Ask Zimzar uses artificial intelligence to help you explore properties. Answers may be incomplete or wrong and are for information only. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and any calculation is an estimate. Verify important information before relying on it.

8. Meetings, calls and messages

Meeting requests, calls and messages are between you and the other user. Scheduled meetings may be recorded and transcribed inside the platform when this is shown to participants. Do not share sensitive information you do not want others to see.

9. Third-party services

The service works with third parties such as sign-in providers (Google, Facebook), maps, messaging and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Our rights

The Zimzar name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the service normally.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or where required by law.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zimzar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of profits, or for anything arising from dealings between users, from information posted by users or developers, or from interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Egypt, unless the law gives you the right to another venue.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
