IL MONTE GALALA

IL Monte Galala is a flagship coastal development by Tatweer Misr, nestled on top of the Galala Mountains in Ain Sokhna, overlooking the Red Sea. Spanning approximately 525 acres, the project is renowned for hosting the world’s first mountain-top lagoon, a 200,000 m² crystal lagoon that laps a pristine 11 km shoreline, creating a year-round beach paradise. The development offers a diverse range of property types, including chalets, townhouses, villas, lofts, twin houses, penthouses, and cabins, with completion expected by 2030. IL Monte Galala is designed with a contemporary Italian architectural vision by Gianluca Peluffo & Partners, blending natural simplicity with luxurious richness. A major milestone in the project’s evolution is the IL Monte Galala Marina Towers, a mixed-use waterfront destination representing an estimated EGP 50 billion (approximately USD 1 billion) investment. This component includes 10 mixed-use towers housing around 2,600 residential and hotel units, a marina with capacity for over 150 yachts, a 28,000 m² conference and exhibition centre, and integrated retail and leisure facilities. International partners include IGY Marinas (marina management), BCI Realty (conference centre), Schneider Electric (smart infrastructure and sustainability), and Marriott International (hotel operations). This group is a space for owners and residents to connect with neighbors, share updates, exchange recommendations, ask questions, and build a strong, engaged community—online and in the resort. Respectful, inclusive, and positive.
